We specialise in RICS Level 2 Surveys (from £425), RICS Level 3 Surveys (from £600) and New‑Build Snagging Reports (from £320). Each survey is carried out by a qualified surveyor with extensive experience inspecting everything from Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian properties through to modern properties. We have significant experience in surveying historic Grade I and Grade II Listed buildings and even Scheduled Monuments and the odd Windmill. Whatever the age or condition of the property, you can rely on expert assessment and clear guidance.

A Level 2 survey typically takes 3–5 hours on site, while a Level 3 survey can take 4–8 hours or longer for larger or more complex properties. Once we provide your quotation, the price is fixed, giving you complete peace of mind with no hidden costs.

Our reports are designed to be genuinely useful. A Level 2 Survey includes at least 60 photographs, while a Level 3 Survey includes 80 or more, helping you clearly understand the condition of the property. We know timing matters, so we aim to deliver all reports within four working days of the site visit. We also provide a complimentary Desk Top Research Report. After receiving your report, we also offer a complimentary follow‑up call to talk through any concerns or questions you may have.
